Every few years you get one of those irresistible, guilty pleasure Latin pop songs that seem to get the whole country wiggling in a giddy inter-cultural groove. In 1996 it was the Macarena; in 1999 it was Mambo No. 5. This year it's been Cha Cha, an exuberant hip-hop swing that has been busting up radio and television and people's need to shake it up with Latin light. (19/09) Read
